On 2 21.01.2025, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “For dismissal”. 2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. 3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
