The petitioner is challenging the order dated 05.09.2011 and the subsequent order dated 21.12.2011, whereby the respondents have proposed to place the petitioner permanently out of contract employment. 2. This Court, vide order dated 18.04.2012, directed the respondents to continue the petitioner until further orders. -2- 3.
