JUSTICE C. HARI SHANKAR HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY DIGPAUL ORDER (ORAL) % 08.01.2025 C. HARI SHANKAR, J. 1. This writ petition, according to us, is a complete waste of time of the Court. The concluding paragraph of the impugned judgment of the Tribunal reads thus: “6. On perusing the pleading available on record and the arguments of the learned counsels for the respective parties and the judgement cited by the learned counsel for the applicant, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the case of the applicant for grant of one notional increment with effect from 01.07.2019, taking into consideration the abovementioned judgements with all the consequential benefits. This exercise shall be completed within a period. of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.” (Emphasis supplied) 2.
