The present application has been filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter ‘BNSS’) on behalf of the applicant Salman Khan, seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 208/2019, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 406/419/420/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC’). 2.
