FIR No. 108/2019 dated 08th March 2019 registered under Sections 302/201/380/411/120B/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 (“IPC”) at Police Station (“PS”) Paschim Vihar (West). ii. FIR No. 109/2019 dated 09th March 2019 registered under Sections 302/201/120B/34 IPC at PS Paschim Vihar (West). 2.
