None of the Trust-Deeds, placed on record, reflects possession of any immovable property recorded in the name of the Trust, thus, institution of P.I.L. for the protection of Trust Property recorded in the name of Shri Guru Govind Singh Educational and Religious Trust, Belhari, Sultanpur, is nothing but an abuse of the judicial process. 2. The District Magistrate, Sultanpur, is hereby directed to make necessary verification of the revenue records and in case any immovable property, whatsoever, is recorded in the name of Shri Guru Govind Singh Educational and Religious Trust, Belhari, Sultanpur, the same shall be assumed possession of and a Receiver, who would be a responsible Government official, not below the rank of Sub Divisional Magistrate, may be appointed
