The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties concerned to take the necessary action in respect of grievances of petitioner raised in application dated 25.11.2024 pending before the opp.party no.3, and get removed the illegal encroachment made on the public utility pond land gata no. 441/1.7390 hect. situated in village Madal Shankarpur, pargana Bhojpur, Tehsil Sadar, Distt.
