Any writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to vacate the government land bearing gata no.85, measuring area 0.0630 hectare (Banjar) situated at Village Chak Malhauri, Pargana, Tehsil and District Lucknow from the unauthorized encroachers i.e. private opposite party no.5 and 6 by demolishing the unauthorized construction over said land, in the public interest of justice." 3.
