Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite party no. 6 to 11 over the land Gata No. 585, 146, 154, 525M and 161 recorded as Pashuchar Bhumi (Charagar) in the revenue records, situated in Village Chaupura, Pargana and Tehsil Sadar, District Raebareli in accordance with law within stipulated time." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions, which are taken on record, states that offending constructions have been removed. 4. In view of the said statement, no further directions are required. 5. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
