The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the concerned opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment upon the public utility land having Gata no.2198 / 0.1010 hect. recorded in the revenue record as Naveen Parti situated in Village - Tribhuvan Nagar Grint, Tehsil Sadar, District opposite party no. 5.
