And 6 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Pradeep Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Pankaj Gupta Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment on public utility land i.e. Gata No. 192, situated at Village Hariharpur, Pargana Mahadeva, Tehsil Tarabganj, District Gonda, which is recorded as Pasture Land (Charagah) in the revenue extract." 3. Learned Standing counsel based upon the instructions states that notice has already been issued to the encroachers and in case they do not vacate the land in question, proper proceedings shall be initiated. 4.
