Heard the counsel for the parties. 2. The present petition has been filed as a Public Interest Litigation seeking compliance of order dated 28.10.2024. 3. The petitioner had earlier approached this court by filing a petition Writ C No.11019 of 2024, which was dismissed on the ground that that the petitioner was not a party to the proceedings. 4. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the entire eviction proceedings were initiated at the instance of the petitioner who had filed PIL No.16221 of 2021. 5. Considering the fact that once this court had held that the petitioner does not have locus, the petitioner cannot approach this court again by filing a PIL. It is however, expected that the respondents authorities shall comply with the order dated 28.10.2024. 6. The petition stands disposed off. Orde
