This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking to allege encroachment over park of railway colony situated at Balaganj, Tehsil Sadar, District Lucknow. 2. Submissions, inter alia, have been made that respondent No. 7 has encroached over the park and despite the representations made by the petitioner, the encroachments have not been removed. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that petitioner, as a resident of the colony, has alleged encroachment near Patel Adarsh Inter College and allegations have also been made that a sale deed has got executed by respondent No. 7.
