This writ petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no. 1 to make Committee under supervision of this Court for inquiry of government land situated in regulated area, Revenue Village Jugpura, Lalitpur and also take action against land mafia and revenue officers who are involved in this act. 2. Submissions have been made that land comprising various Arazis, which is government land, is being transferred illegally by the land mafia and revenue officers and that despite complaints made by the petitioner, wrong assertions have been made and, therefore, Committee be formed for the purpose of looking into the complaints made by the petitioner. 3.
