Hon'ble Arun Bhansali,Chief Justice Hon'ble Vikas Budhwar,J. 1. This writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondents to initiate inquiry against respondent no. 5. 2. Instructions have been produced inter alia indicating that inquiry against respondent no. 5 has already been initiated by the respondents and that on 31.12.2024, the inquiry officer has been required to produce the report within a period of one week. Submissions have also been made that the allegations made are being duly investigated and appropriate action based on the report would be taken. 3. In view of the submissions made in the instructions produced by the respondents, copy whereof be supplied to counsel for the petitioner, no further action is required in the present P.I.L. 4.
