The writ petition has been instituted in public interest to restrain the opposite party nos. 5 and 6 to run the Intermediate College from class 1 to class 12 without obtaining recognition as required under the statute. 3. Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 4 has filed an affidavit wherein it is stated that the opposite party nos. 5 and 6 have a recognition for running the institution from class 1 to 8. 4. It is further submitted that on coming to know about the complaint as it has been averred in the present writ petition, an enquiry committee was constituted which undertook necessary exercise and it was found that no education whatsoever was imparted beyond the standard of class 8 in the institution in question. 5.
