Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Anr., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the Original Application filed by the respondent herein and directed the petitioner herein to conduct a fresh Medical Examination of the respondent by way of constituting an appropriate Medical Board in any Government Medical Hospital, except the hospital which has also conducted the initial and the Review Medical Examination of the respondent. 2.
