Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. The facts that lead to filing of this revision petition by the 2 nd defendant, briefly stated, are as follows: a. The plaintiffs brought the suit against the defendants 2 to 7 to execute a registered sale deed in respect of the plaint schedule property in favour of the plaintiffs 1 and 2 within time to be fixed by the Court in terms of the suit agreement of sale, dated 19.05.2014, at the expenses of the plaintiff
