As can be seen from the information furnished by the District Judiciary that the CMA.No.27 of 2015, on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District was disposed on 16.02.2016. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
