The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 19.08.2019 passed in E.P.No.84 of 2016 in O.S.No.133 of 2008 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, Srikakulam District. 2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) the E.P.No.84 of 2016 was terminated on 10.02.2021 as full satisfaction memo was filed before the trial Court. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision. 3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
