THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Crl.R.C.No. 813 of 2017 JUDGMENT: This revision is filed by the petitioner/A1 and A2 against the order dated 18.11.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.933 of 2015 on the file of the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa. 2. Heard Sri M. Chiranjeevi Babu, learned counsel representing Sri M.N.Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1-State. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M. Chiranjeevi Babu, learned counsel representing Sri M.N.Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners appeared and submits that the matter is settled out of Court and hence, the petitioners intends to withdraw the revision and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Orders granted earlier, if any, stands vacated.
