THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No. 1462 of 2013 JUDGMENT: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the order, dated 22.05.2013 in M.P.No.93 of 2012 in O.P.No.1250 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 128 of Cr.P.C seeking for the enhancement of order of maintenance which was allowed. 2. A perusal of the case status furnished by the Registry, it shows that the main case i.e., O.P.No.1250 of 2009 was disposed on 22.05.2013. Therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter would infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Date: 23.01.2025. SR
