Heard Sri Manvendra Narayan Pathak, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Sury Bhan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State- respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0277 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 140(1), 191(2), 103(1), 238(A), 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Barsathi, District- Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
