Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shatrughan Yadav, learned AGA for the State- respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.129 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station Dannahar, District Mainpuri, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 19.7.2024 against three named (non applicant) and two unknown persons and according to the FIR on 13.7.2024 named accused persons alongwith their two unknown associates had taken the husband of the informant but after that he did not return and next day his dead body was found. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation after ten days when the statement of co-accused Vipul was recorded by the Investigating Officer then he disclosed the name of the applic
