This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Pawan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Session Trial No. 2828 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 77 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 452, 336, 302 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Iradat Nagar, District Agra. 5.
