Heard Sri Nanhe Lal Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Chandra Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.124 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 118(1), 103(1), 109 B.N.S., Police Station Khiri, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and 4-5 unknown persons were found involved in some indecent act and shouting in the marriage procession in front of the house of the informant on 03.07.2024 at about 10:30 p.m. 5. On being asked by the deceased person Sonu to refrain from doing so, the applicant is stated to have stabbed him with knife, thereby causing his death. 6.
