Heard Ms. Puneeta Pandey, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Mohammad Belal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 614 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and first bail application of the applicant was dismissed by this Court on merit vide order dated 22.09.2023 after considering the fact that applicant appears to be absconder but she is pressing the instant second bail application on the ground that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and except the evidence of last seen there is no other evidence against the applicant on record and in the present matter he is in jail sinc
