Counsel for Applicant :- Sher Bahadur Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. Matter is taken up in the revised call. This is the third bail application. By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 71 of 2023 at Police Station-Zarif Nagar, District-Budaun under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 323, 504 I.P.C., Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3/25 (1B) (A) of the Arms Act. The applicant is in jail since 25.02.2023. The first and second bail applications of the applicant were rejected by this Court on 17.01.2024 and 02.07.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Sher Bahadur Yadav, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned A.G.A.-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1.
