Counsel for Applicant :- Babul Kumar Sharma Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Bablu Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Santosh Kumar Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that an unknown body was recovered by the police on 12.2.2019 and after postmortem, the same was cremated. It is further submitted that after cremation, body was identified by the informant by photograph and clothes of the deceased. No FIR has been lodged in any police station for a long time. Thereafter, an FIR was lodged in the month of July, 2019 by filing application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
