Ojha, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant Gaurav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 311 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, only one case has been shown bearing Case Crime No. 197 of 2024, u/s 452, 342, 392, 411 I.P.C. and section 4/25 of Arms Act, in which applicant is on bail. 4.
