Counter affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. for the State, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Sunil Kumar, learned AGA for the State-opposite party and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants, Samson Samuel, Bikash Kumar Moi and Rakesh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 908 of 2024, under Sections 3 and 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition on Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Highway, District -Mathura. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 22.09.2024.
