Heard Sri Rabindra Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manav Chaurasia, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.420 of 2018, under Sections 302 & 201 I.P.C., Police Station Jalalabad, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this is the third bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his two bail applications were dismissed on merits by this court after considering the fact that he is husband of the deceased and deceased died due to strangulation but he is pressing the instant third bail application on the ground that in the present matter, applicant is in jail since 19.08.2019 i.e. for almost six and half year and till date, trial of the case could not be concluded. 4.
