Heard Sri Preyansh Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Punit Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Rampal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 418 of 2024, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Noida Sector-49, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the prosecution story, the police during checking got information from secret police informer that a person standing near pillar no. 77 is having two large polythene bags containing Ganja and he is to sell the ganja in market.
