The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.91 of 2024, under Sections 302, 34, 452, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Bilariyaganj, District Azamgarh during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 26.03.2024 against five accused persons (non applicant) under sections 34, 323, 308, 452, 504, 506 IPC and according to the FIR on 26.03.2024 in the morning nominated accused persons made assault through wooden sticks after entering into the house of informant and due to the assault made by them father of the informant and informant both sustained injuries. 4.
