The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Nasruddin, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 916 of 2024 under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial.
