Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar Malviya, learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Lal Behari Yadav, learned counsel for the informant and Dr. S. B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 362 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201, 34 IPC, Police Station Chaubepur, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 17.6.2024 against the applicant and two others and some unknown person and according to the FIR on 10.6.2024 brother of the informant had gone alongwith the applicant and others but did not return and when informant arrived at police station Birni to lodge the missing report then found that dead body of his brother
