The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Deepak Saraswat @ Deepu Pandit, with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station-Gonda, District-Aligarh.
