The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Pandhari Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.291 of 2016, under Sections 147, 149, 352, 506, 302 I.P.C., Police Station Handia, District Allahabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. The bail of the applicant was granted vide order dated 05.11.2016 passed by another Bench of this Court.
