The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 132 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Kareli, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged by the applicant with regard to murder of his mother against unknown persons. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that actually applicant was informant of the case but subsequently he has been made accused in the present matter. 5. He further submits, there is no cogent evidence against the applicant on record and it appears, merely due to the suspicious conduct of the applicant he has been made accused in the present matter. 6.
