Counsel for Applicant :- Ronak Chaturvedi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. Matter is taken up in the revised call. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. This is the third bail application. By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2023 at Police Station Tronika City, District Ghaziabad, under Sections 147, 302, 34 I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 26.03.2023. The second bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 08.07.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Raunak Chaturvedi, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agarwal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The applicant is a law abiding citizen who cooperated in the investigation and has joined the trial proceedings. The applicant never tampered with the evidence nor influenced any witness. 2.
