Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2. By means of this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., applicants who are involved in Case Crime No. 46 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 302, 323, 325, 336, 504, 506 I.P.C., police station Uska Bazar, district Siddhartha Nagar, seek enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 3. First bail application of the applicants was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.05.2023 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 40427 of 2022. 4.
