Counsel for Applicant :- Amar Jeet Upadhyay,Vinod Kumar Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. Matter is taken up in the revised call. By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 256 of 2021 at Police Station Phaphamau District Prayagraj under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 376D, 120B I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 17.07.2022. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned trial court on 20.12.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Amar Jeet Upadhyay, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agarwal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1.The incident occurred on 23/24.11.2021. The F.I.R. was lodged on 25.11.2021. 2. The applicant was not named in the F.I.R. 3. The principal offenders who were nominated in the F.I.R. were exonerated by the police authorities since the said principal offenders are the persons
