Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2-The instant second bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 139 of 2022, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station-Katghar, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 3-The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.01.2023 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 37074 of 2024. 4-The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant who is brother of the deceased has lodged a first information report on 18.03.2022 against the present applicant (wife of the deceased) and Mahipal alleging inter-alia that his brother Ravi (deceased) was living with his wife (present applicant) in a rented house at Sitapuri. At around 12'O clock, the owner of the house informed him that
