Heard Sri Vishal Singh, learned counsel for the appellants and learned AGA for the State. 3. The present appeal has been filed by the accused-appellants who have been convicted and sentenced vide judgment and order dated 19.3.1985 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Moradabad in S.T. No. 334 of 1983, under Sections 302, 323, 324, 458 I.P.C., Police Station - Bilari, District - Moradabad. 4. On 9.12.2024, the following order was passed: "1. There is a report dated 15.3.2024 sent by the office of the District Judge, Moradabad, after looking into the records, that reconstruction of the records was not possible. 2. Whether retrial is possible after contacting the accused and the informant, be also reported. 3. List this case on 19.12.2024." 5.
