In compliance to the last order, the C.J.M., Badaun has submitted a written report dated 17.01.2025 on the strength of inquiry made and the statements recorded including that of the Gram Pradhan, Gram Harari Nagla, Police Station Ushaita, District Badaun. 2. At present, there is nothing to doubt the report, which states that the appellant Rakshpal S/o Siyaram Maurya is dead. 3.
