This petition has been filed by the petitioner who is serving as a Constable (General Duty) in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), praying for the following relief:- “(A) issue of a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to appoint (by way of LDCE-2019) to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector(Exe) and grant him all consequential benefits except back wages; (B) Issue of Writ of Certiorari quashing the findings of Medical Board dated 26.04.2022 and Medical Review Board dated 08.06.2022 whereby the Respondents have declared the Petitioner as unfit by illegally applying the medical standards as applicable to fresh recruits. (C) Issue of Writ of Certiorari quashing the Clause iii (b) in Column 11 of the Central Industrial
