The respondent-husband preferred OP. No.41 of 2004 seeking dissolution of marriage and the same was decreed ex-parte by an order dated 08.09.2005. Later wife preferred IA.No.190 of 2006 under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC for 2 (RNT,J & CGR,J C.M.A. NO.751 OF 2008) setting aside ex-parte decree of divorce, which came to be dismissed by an order dated 18.02.2008. Aggrieved by the said dismissal order dated 18.02.2008, the present appeal is preferred by the wife. 3. This Court by an interim order dated 01.08.20
