K M KRISHNA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 23.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.15960 of 2022. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the directions of this Court has been complied with and orders/proceedings dated 22.06.2024 have been passed on the petitioner’s representation, accordingly, prayed to close the contempt. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said orders/proccedings have been served on him but not on the petitioner, however, sought liberty to question the same.
