Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue a writ, nature of order Certiorari direction in the quash the order to dated 02.01.2025 passed by respondent No.2 forthwith. B. Issue a writ, order nature of or direction in the Mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No. 3 to not to use the plot No.379 situated in village Kharkhoda, Tehsil Farenda District Maharajganj, which has been already allotted to the petitioners and other allottees for house site in the year 1990 for the installation of drinking water pump under the scheme of Water Sanitation Mission." 3. By the order impugned, Revisional Court has rejected an application for interim relief directing the parties to maintain status quo in proceedings for cancellation of awasi patta on the ground that the revision is
