Learned counsel for the opposite parties has informed that the mortgaged property against which the loan was obtained by the petitioners has already been auctioned on 21.06.2024 whereafter sale certificate has also been issued on 26.06.2024. 3. In these circumstances, exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, particularly when a remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act is available to the petitioners is uncalled for. 4.
